Samsung Galaxy A73 announced silently
Samsung came out with the new Galaxy A33 and the Galaxy A53 in the past week. The big absentee was the Galaxy A73, which apparently has been quietly presented by the manufacturer. The device has many similarities with the other two models.

Samsung’s portfolio was expanded in the past week with the Samsung Galaxy A33 and the Galaxy A53. Both models will make their debut in the Netherlands, as we wrote earlier. The phones, which will receive four Android OS updates, will be in stores from April. A phone that we also expected, but we were not told anything about, was the Samsung Galaxy A73, which should follow the current Galaxy A72.
The phone has now been quietly presented by Samsung. It is clear that the Samsung Galaxy A73 will only be released in a limited number of countries, and the Netherlands and Belgium are apparently not among them. Otherwise we would have heard something about this right with the other announcement.
In terms of specifications, it is very similar to the Galaxy A53. There is, however, a larger screen; a 6.7-inch display with a Full-HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. This is 0.2 inches larger than the A53. The Exynos 1280 is probably also present with this device, although no type number is shared by the manufacturer.
The Samsung Galaxy A73 comes with 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage space. The camera gets the most attention; it has a 108 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization. This model also lacks a telephoto lens. We also see a 12 megapixel wide-angle lens, and twice a 5MP lens for depth and macro. As with the A72, the Galaxy A73 gets a 5000 mAh battery with 25W charging.
The Samsung Galaxy A73 should be available from April 22, although, as mentioned, this will only be in selected markets.
