Samsung Galaxy A50 gets security update from February 2022

Samsung is rolling out a new update for the Samsung Galaxy A50. The update, which is also being rolled out in the Netherlands, brings a new security update.

A new update is being distributed for the Samsung Galaxy A50 in the Netherlands and Belgium. Where previously Samsung often provided the Galaxy A50 with a new update, it is now something else. Nevertheless, a more recent update is now available for the device that appeared in 2019.

Samsung is rolling out the February 2022 security update for the Galaxy A50. This is an update with a size of approximately 950MB. The changelog also states that the overall stability of the device has been improved, although it does not go into further detail about what exactly is being tackled. On top of the patches from Google, Samsung has also added its own patches.
