Rihanna expecting second child
Rihanna and her boyfriend, rapper A$AP Rocky, are having a second child. Fans noticed a pregnancy bump during her SuperBowl performance last night and sure enough: the singer is pregnant again.
In a bright red jumpsuit, Rihanna made her comeback last night at halftime of the SuperBowl. In thirteen minutes she brought the hits of seventeen years of career. Still, it wasn’t the music that fans couldn’t stop talking about.
The otherwise loosely fitting suit was unzipped at her belly and according to fans, there would really be a starting baby belly. There was a lot of speculation online and after the show the spokesperson confirmed the baby news. And now RiRi herself, with a photo on Instagram showing her pregnant belly.
‘You can do anything’
Nine months ago, the singer gave birth to her first child. She never revealed her son’s name. He was the reason for the doubt and the final choice to do the SuperBowl. In the run-up to the concert, she said in conversation with AppleMusic: “I thought: is this a good idea? I just gave birth three months ago. Do I have to make such big decisions now? Maybe I’ll regret it.”
“But when you become a mother, something makes you feel like you can take on the world. You can do anything. The Super Bowl is one of the largest venues in the world. As scary as that is, the challenge also makes it fun. I think it’s important that my son sees that too.”
