Renders Samsung Galaxy A72 5G show device in detail

The Samsung Galaxy A72 5G looks almost the same as its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy A71, according to renders from OnLeaks. The A72 also gets a 6.7-inch flat OLED screen that fills almost the entire front. In the middle is a hole for the selfie camera.

The dimensions of the device are also known. The Galaxy A72 is 1165 x 77.4 x 8.1 millimeters. A fingerprint scanner has been incorporated into the screen. At the back, the high middle class has four lenses in a large rectangular camera bulge. The main camera lens is at least 64 megapixels, Onleaks said. The telecom insider has no details about the other lenses.

The renders from Onleaks unfortunately invalidate previous rumors about five cameras on the back of the A72. This also happened with the leaked renders of a smartphone case manufacturer.

Galaxy A72 5G specifications remain unknown

What is going on under the hood of the Galaxy A72 5G remains unknown. Also insider Onleaks cannot say anything with certainty about this. The only rumor comes from SamMobile. The website expects the device to be powered by the Exynos 1080 SoC processor, Samsung’s new chipset.

The exact launch date of the Samsung Galaxy A72 5G is not yet known. Onleaks dares to share its expectations about the sales price. The device is probably sold for 599 euros. The A72 thus falls into the upper middle class.

Slowly, more is becoming known about the line-up of the Galaxy A-series for 2021. Renders of the Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A32 have already been released. Do you want to stay informed of all developments around the popular A-series? Sign up for our newsletter or download the Android Planet app.
