A special “director’s version” of Ghost of Tsushima will be available tomorrow, which not only adds individual improvements and further optimizations to the PlayStation 5, but above all a new portion of content that can keep you entertained for a solid fifteen hours. In the extended story, the main character Jin Sakai tries to come to terms with his past and the loss of his father, which was led to him by the leader of the new Mongol tribe Orlice. However, the new story is based on the solid foundations of the original version and may not provide much variability for players who have just finished. Even so, we can safely state that Sucker Punch hit the center of the target and definitely did not step next to it even in the case of this addition.

Ghost of Tsushima is a good game, and the developers at Sucker Punch convince us again by releasing a “director’s” version. The new story will allow you to get to know the main character even better and probably agree with him even more, in terms of gameplay you will get the opportunity to apply the newly acquired ability in the rest of the game on Cušima. We also praise the small improvements and the status on the PS5, be careful only if you have just finished the original game and you already said at the end that everything somehow repeats itself. Director’s Cut offers an obligatory additional portion of the same thing, which is not necessarily a mistake – especially for such a great game – but it has to be reported.
