Realme 8i budget phone and first tablet leaked ahead of launch
Realme will come with a launch event on September 8, where it will present the Realme 8 range along with the brand’s very first tablet: the Realme Pad. In the meantime, information has leaked about the products, which we discuss here.
Realme 8i
The Realme 8i and the 8s are on the way, and rumor spreader Sudhanshu Ambhore states on Twitter that the 8i will be available in Europe. The device comes with a 120 Hz screen and the brand new MediaTek Helio G96 processor. It also has 4GB of RAM on board and 64GB or 128GB of storage. The Realme 8i gets a 5000 mAh battery and comes with an 18 watt charger in the box.
Interesting about this affordable device is the camera setup: a 50 MP main camera that is assisted by two 2 MP sensors. According to Ambhore, we can count on a black and purple color, and you pay 199 euros for the 64 GB version and 219 euros for 128 GB storage. The phone would be announced on September 9.

Realme Pad
In addition to new phones in the low segment, Realme will show its first tablet ever. The Realme Pad has a large 10.4 inch size and a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels, according to a leak on the Indian web store Flipkart. The screen has clearly visible edges, but it would be an AMOLED copy.
In terms of performance, the tablet comes with a Helio G80 processor from MediaTek, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. A large tablet also includes a large battery, and the Pad also receives that in the form of a 7100 mAh copy. Both the front and the back would be an 8 MP camera.
