Problems with telephoning and internet (11/21/2022)

With o2 you can get access to DSL Internet as well as landline and mobile telephony. Although o2 is one of the largest providers in Germany, the provider is not spared from temporary disruptions. Reception and connection problems can occur regionally or across the whole of Germany. There are currently more and more disruptions in the o2 network being reported.

If you are experiencing difficulties with your o2 connection, you are not alone. Like last Thursday, o2 users are currently reporting problems again. Calls and telephone calls are particularly affected. o2 customers report calls that simply break off or cannot be set up at all. Even the Internet at home is not available for some customers.
