Metallica fans have reason to celebrate again. Not only because the new single “Lux Æterna” was released and the new album “72 Seasons” was announced to go with it. Metallica is on tour again and will be giving two concerts in Germany. Advance sales start today, December 1st, at 9:00 am. We say Metal Up Your Ass! – and secure your tickets in advance for the Metallica Tour 2023 or 2024.

Ticketmaster presale members can now order tickets. Everyone else can pre-order the tickets from Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. All information can be found on the Ticketmaster page:
From Friday, December 2, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. you can also order tickets from Eventim.
Differences Metallica concerts 2023 and 2024 in Germany
Metallica is coming to Germany on tour in both 2023 and 2024, but the shows are structured differently. Even if the tour is called “M72 World Tour 2023-2024”, the support acts and the set lists differ from each other. The following concerts in Germany have been confirmed for the Metallica tour:
- May 26, 2023 in Hamburg, Volksparkstadion
- May 28, 2023 in Hamburg, Volksparkstadion
- May 25, 2024 in Munich, Olympic Stadium
- May 26, 2024 in Munich, Olympic Stadium
Architects, Ice Nine Kills, Five Finger Death Punch and Mammoth WVH have already been announced as support acts. We recommend it to anyone who wants to get in the mood for the tour and the new album the video for the new single “Lux Æterna”:
More info on the new Metallica album “72 Seasons”
The new album “72 Seasons” will be released on Friday April 14, 2023 and will deliver 12 tracks, which have a total running time of over 77 minutes. The album was produced by Greg Fidelman, who has already worked with Metallica but has also produced other metal greats such as Slipknot, Slayer and American Head Charge. The following tracks will appear on the Metallica album, which you already have, by the way preorder can (source: metallica.com):
