Porsche Chronograph 1 All Black is less exclusive than expected

Only Porsche Design can release a limited watch based on a limited watch. This is the Porsche Chronograph 1 All Black.

At the beginning of this year, Porsche released the Chronograph 1 – 1972. An ode to 50 years of Porsche Design. Only 500 copies of this watch were made. A special version has now been released based on this timepiece. Meet the Porsche Chronograph 1 All Black.

As the name suggests, everything is nicely black and dark with this edition. The case is 40.8 mm in size and made of titanium. Furthermore, the watch is equipped with a WERK 01.140 automatic.

When you turn the timepiece around, you look at an open case, making the technique of the machine beautifully visible. A nice piece of detail. In addition to the time, you can also read the date and day on it.

Porsche Design plans to launch the Chronograph 1 All Black in November. In contrast to the earlier model, there are more copies of this. Twice as much to be exact. Porsche Design plans to produce 1,000 units of this model. This makes this model less exclusive than expected.

The retail price is 8,950 euros. The brand sells the watch through Porsche Design Stores and selected retailers it works with.
