PageFlip lets you read cartoons the way they should be
While an ebook is easy to read on a smartphone, that is a slightly bigger challenge for comics. There are several apps that can help you with that. Earlier we discussed Plastiek, which offers a very special way to read comics, but if you just want to watch one of your favorite cartoons, you better opt for PageFlip. That app is our App of the Week.

Page flip
We love it: apps that fulfill a certain task and do not add too much fuss. Page Flip is one such app. You can read comics with it and that’s it. You can have the windows displayed in a good way to enjoy your favorite cartoon even more. For example, the webcomic Cyanide and Hapiness can be found in it, in addition to Dilbert, for example.
When you open the app, you don’t need to log in. You will immediately enter the cartoon section where every title you have already ‘opened’ is listed. There are about 5 cartoons ready for you in the app by default, but it is possible to add other cartoons at the touch of a button. This way you build up an entire collection and you do not have to pay for it. However, there is sometimes little new growth.

If you want to read a cartoon that is a bit more for adults, you can recognize it by the ‘NSFW’ logo. However, you cannot use that, because the app is still “in discussion” with Google about this, that things are ‘not safe for work’ (not suitable for work, in short, often something that involves a lot of abuse or sex). generally does not tolerate in its Play Store.
You have to take that for granted, because the choice is huge and the app is a star in displaying cartoons in the full width. You can also choose how far you want to zoom in on the cartoon so that you can view and read everything properly. Very handy and again a good app that makes reading comics very easy. Perhaps not as special as a Plastic, but with so much choice that you can read through.
