Where does April Fool’s come from? Origin quickly explained

On April 1st, people worldwide are sent into April. We break up the jokes with the words “April, April”. Probably caused the oldest April Fool’s joke a newspaper in 1774, who claimed that different colored hens would also lay the desired Easter eggs. However, the first occurrences to which today’s custom could be traced back to existed many centuries earlier.
