OPPO Watch Free with AMOLED color screen costs 99 euros

OPPO has presented a new low-cost fitness tracker. The Watch Free has a relatively large AMOLED color screen and is for sale from March 11 for 99 euros. The Watch Free can analyze your sleep and supports more than 100 sports modes.

OPPO kicked off its Find X5 series on Thursday, but now the brand has also launched an accessible wearable. The Watch Free is a fitness tracker with a 1.64 inch AMOLED color screen. In addition to the focus on the screen and a light design, the Watch Free offers various sports and health functions.

First, sleep analysis plays an important role. The Watch Free works with sleep monitoring and analysis for before, during and after sleep. In particular, the exclusive snoring risk assessment can effectively detect sleeping problems and make timely suggestions. Snoring is continuously evaluated using sensors and algorithms, including an optical SpO2 sensor and heart rate monitor. The OPPO Watch Free analyzes sleep latency, sleep duration and sleep phases, such as deep, light and REM sleep.

Sports functions and 14 days of use

Furthermore, the Watch Free can track 100 different sport modes and it can also automatically recognize the four most popular activities so that you do not have to start an activity manually. In the companion app, the Watch Free also offers built-in running courses to help you achieve fitness and fat-burning goals. It can also measure your heart rate continuously throughout the day and your blood oxygen level is displayed during intensive exercise.

The Watch Free supports over 40 watch faces and you can also create personalized watch faces that match your outfit. It does not work with Wear OS or an application store where you can download apps and the advantage is that the Watch Free is more energy efficient and can last 14 days on a single charge. If it hangs on the charger for five minutes, you can use it for one day, according to OPPO.
