Oppo Watch 3 (Pro) presented: New Android smartwatches with top processor
With the Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro, Oppo has presented two new smartwatches. A brand new processor is used here, which should provide noticeably more performance. The other specifications of the two watches are also impressive.

Shortly after Samsung presented its new smartwatch generation, the competition from China followed suit. The Oppo Watch 3 and the Pro model want to draw attention to themselves with a fast processor, which was only officially presented in July. Of the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 from Qualcomm celebrates its debut in the Oppo smartwatches and should, at best, require half as much power as its predecessor and be content with 30 percent less space.
The Oppo Watch 3 has a rounded AMOLED display with a diagonal of 1.75 inches with a resolution of 430 x 372 pixels. The battery has a capacity of 400 mAh and, according to Oppo, is fully charged after 60 minutes. There is 32 GB of storage space and 1 GB of RAM. Other memory variants are not offered.
Color OS Watch based on Google Wear OS is there. More than 80 third-party apps are said to be available. 100 sport modes and over 150 watch faces are preinstalled.
Without a bracelet, the smartwatch comes on Weight of 31.9g. SpO2 sensor, heart rate monitor, Bluetooth 5.0, eSIM, NFC, GPS and WLAN are available. LTE is only available in one version (source: oppo).
In the Oppo Watch 3 Pro the manufacturer uses an LTPO display for the first time. The AMOLED screen is 1.91 inches with a resolution of 496 x 378 pixels. The battery is also larger with a capacity of 550 mAh. After 65 minutes of charging, it should have reached 100 percent capacity again. Apart from the points mentioned, the two models do not differ.

Oppo Watch 3 (Pro) only in China for the time being
For the time being, Oppo only wants to offer the new smartwatches in China. The manufacturer has not revealed whether there will also be an international launch. In China it is Oppo Watch 3 for the equivalent of 226 euros to get the Pro version from 274 euros.
