Oppo comes with Reno 7 Pro: has LED notification light around camera module
An interesting new smartphone from Oppo has been announced; the Oppo Reno 7 Pro. The smartphone has a striking design in which the LED notification light immediately catches the eye. It may take a while until we see this smartphone in the Netherlands.

There is news about a new smartphone from Oppo. The manufacturer comes with a stylish smartphone called Oppo Reno 7 Pro. This smartphone has been announced for China along with the Reno 7 and the Reno 7 SE. So to start with, there is the Oppo Reno 7 Pro. This smartphone gets a bit of innovation around the camera module. The light for the LED notification is placed around this module. This immediately makes the device a lot more stylish than its competitors. The light can light up when a new message, notification or call is received.
The phone comes with an undisclosed chipset from MediaTek; the Dimensity 1200 Max, sources on the Chinese Weibo report. The 4500 mAh battery can be charged with 65W. We also see a 6.55-inch OLED screen with a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The camera offers a 50 megapixel lens, an unspecified wide-angle lens and a 2 megapixel macro lens. The smartphone also offers Android 12, along with the company’s own ColorOS skin.
Reno 7
Then there’s the Reno 7. Many specifications match, but it has to do without the LED notification. There is an AMOLED screen with a size of 6.43 inches, a Full-HD+ panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. We also see a 4500 mAh battery with 60W charging. There is a 64MP main camera, which is assisted by an 8MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. The phone comes with a Snapdragon 778G chipset from the factory.
Reno 7 SE
The third 5G smartphone from this list is the Oppo Reno 7 SE. This device will receive from Oppo a 6.43 inch AMOLED screen, 90Hz refresh rate and MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset. On board is a 4500 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. There are three cameras; a 48 megapixel main lens and twice a 2MP lens; for the depth and for the macro.
As mentioned, the three phones were first announced for China. We have only recently had the Reno 6 series available here, so it will take a while until Oppo puts the Reno 7 series in Dutch stores.
