The trademark called ‘OnePlus Pad’ has been filed with the European Union. It is striking that this name was already submitted in January, but has only now surfaced. That this name has surfaced could indicate a definitive arrival of a tablet from OnePlus. It may also be that OnePlus has weighed up the situation whether or not to come up with a tablet, but that no decision has been made yet.

Whether OnePlus will definitively come up with its own tablet, therefore, remains to be seen. We believe that opportunity exists. Since last year, the company no longer focuses solely on high-end smartphones. Consider, for example, the Nord series. In addition, the brand also came up with other products such as earbuds and its own OnePlus Watch. An own tablet from OnePlus could be a good attack on the existing tablets of the established brands with the right price and specs.
