OnePlus Nord N10 gets only major update: Android 11 available
OnePlus has started rolling out a major update for the device for one of its devices from the Nord series. The OnePlus Nord N10 will be offered Android 11.

Together with the OnePlus Nord N100, the OnePlus Nord N10 was announced at the end of last year. That was the cheapest 5G smartphone from the manufacturer at the time. A little later it became clear that the manufacturer would use a different update policy for the device. This meant only one Android version update for the smartphone we discussed earlier in the OnePlus Nord N10 review.
Now the time has come for OnePlus to release the only Android OS update for the OnePlus Nord N10. Several users will now receive the update to Android 11. The rollout has now started, and will reach all users of the device in the coming days, according to the manufacturer. Along with Android 11, the phone is also equipped with OxygenOS 11, which brings several improvements. Finally, you can find security update June 2021.
New features in Android 11 are, for example, improved permissions, new notifications and media player and chat bubbles. Thanks to improvements in OxygenOS 11, you can now activate the dark theme via your phone’s quick settings. Although this is the latest Android OS update, the manufacturer will continue to provide security updates.
