One Shell Straight to Hell
On the horizon is another great-looking twin-stick shooter One Shell Straight to Hell, which will attract at least with its theme. In the game, you become Father Alexander, an exorcist called Padre, who goes to say it with demons.
They had been imprisoned behind hellish gates for a long time, but one family faded over time guarding the passage to the underworld, forgot their task, and disaster was born. And only Padre Alexander is able to return the demons to where they came from.
An arsenal of weapons in dungeon crawler passages will help with this, as well as various traps in moments when, on the contrary, it will be necessary to defend one’s own background. Roguelite elements and a skill tree will then take care of a certain degree of replayability.
The creators from the Shotgun with Glitters studio are no newcomers to the action genre. They are responsible for the retro shooter The Padre (yes, the same exorcist) and another roguelite shooter Moss Destruction. In addition, they probably have contacts to the Bloober Team studio, as One Shell Straight to Hell will be released directly with the DLC connecting the game with Layers of Fear – in a twin-stick shooter you will shoot in a villa known from a horror adventure.
DLC will be free in the first week of the game’s release, after which you will have to buy more. The game will be released on February 9 only on a PC for 19 euros.
