Nvidia Shield TV as a game console? It can now do 4K at 120 FPS
Nvidia GeForce NOW is without a doubt one of the best streaming services. We tested it ourselves some time ago and played games like Cyberpunk 2077 (PC) or Far Cry 5 (Nvidia Shield TV) and now comes another great news for those who would like to improve their experience even more.
The new GeForce NOW RTX 3080 membership offers higher resolution and FPS
Unfortunately, game consoles are still a scarce commodity, so they will certainly enjoy the new membership GeForce NOW RTX 3080 (yes, it got the same designation as the graphics card), which is a bit more expensive but brings several interesting benefits. You can now play on Android phones and computers with Windows or macOS up to 120 frames per second, on computers in 1440p resolution. On Nvidia Shield TV, however, the quality goes even further as it can be played in 4K resolution and in addition with HDR support.

The company plans to extend this quality to other equipment over time. Google Stadiums can also stream in 4K resolution for some time, but GeForce NOW clearly leads thanks to support for 120 fps and also support for 7.1 audio. Membership for 6 months with us is based on 2 690 CZK, so it is a bit more expensive than the standard one, but it offers much better image quality (if you have something to let it go).
