Nokia X20 receives an update on Android 12 in Slovakia

Company HMD Global according to the portal GizChina launched a software update with the system Android 12 for a cheap model Nokia X20. It should also be available on the Slovak market.

The update is available for O2 customers

The Nokia X20 was introduced in April this year and was launched in May with Android 11. It is a cheaper smartphone, but thanks to the Qualcomm SM4350 Snapdragon 480 5G chipset, it supports 5th generation mobile networks. It also attracts a 64-megapixel camera with four sensors in its category.

The update number is V2.350 and is 2.18 GB in size. It should bring several new features. These include new security features, universal search, a sophisticated one-handed operation mode, microphone and camera indicators, and a new Material You user interface design.

The update is available in the form of OTA, even in Slovakia. It should be available at least for O2 customers. The system should notify you of its availability automatically. You can also check for updates manually at Settings. Prior to installation, make sure that the battery is charged to at least 70% of its capacity.

How is the competition?

HMD Global’s competition has so far updated its smartphones to Android 12 rather exceptionally. For example, the South Korean Samsung updated the series of flagship smartphones Samsung Galaxy S21, but in the case of folding smartphones Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Z Flip3 5G it had to suspend it due to errors.
