Nokia X20 is now getting an update to Android 12

As the second manufacturer, after Samsung, Nokia has prepared the update to Android 12. The first one is for the Nokia X20. There is also good news for the Netherlands and Belgium.

Samsung was the first manufacturer to update a non-Pixel smartphone to Android 12. Nokia is now following in the footsteps and says that the Nokia X20 can expect the software update to Android 12 from now on. The rollout starts now and should be available to everyone on December 17 for the first phase.

There is good news for us. The Netherlands and Belgium, among others, are in the list of countries where this update will be rolled out first. Other countries are, for example, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Denmark and Sweden.

The update to Android 12 brings a lot of features and improvements. For example, there is the dynamic theme, in which the colors in the interface are adjusted to the colors that appear in the set background. There is also more attention to privacy and security, through the privacy dashboard and there is a choice of new widgets.
