Nokia G20 and Samsung Galaxy A32 receive new security update

Samsung and Nokia are rolling out a new update. At Samsung it is an update for the Samsung Galaxy A32, at Nokia we see an update for the Nokia G20. What’s new with the update?

We start with the update that Nokia is rolling out for the Nokia G20. It seems that updating smartphones at HMD Global has received some more attention again. The security update for the Nokia G20 is now being rolled out in October, as becomes clear after a tip from DroidApp reader Han. His device receives the update, which has a size of 20.72MB. It becomes clear that no new features or major changes will be made with this update, only the new security patch.

Samsung also has an update ready, for the Galaxy A32, Iris tells us. Her smartphone receives the second-to-last released patch for Android; security update September 2022. The update is approximately 176MB in size and will be rolled out in the Benelux from now on. Only the security update is new. This contains not only patches from Google, but also Samsung’s own patches.
