Noise cancellation iPhone 13 gone: bug or conscious choice?

Noise cancellation iPhone 13 gone
The function can still be found on models such as the iPhone 12 and older. Why Apple specifically removed this feature on all models of the iPhone 13 is unknown.
Several users have since contacted Apple and specifically asked for an explanation. It turned out that the iPhone 13 does not currently have support for noise cancellation.
The function can be found (only on older iPhone models) by tapping ‘Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual’. Then scroll down and there you will find the option to turn the ‘Noise Reduction’ option on or off.
What does noise reduction do?
But what does the function actually do? The noise canceling option reduces ambient noise during phone calls if you hold the speaker to your ear. This way you can understand the person you are calling better and more clearly.
Solution for noise cancellation gone
The noise cancellation is completely gone on the iPhone 13. Fortunately, there is another similar feature that you can use on the new iPhone models. This is the voice isolation mode, which has a similar function.
To turn on voice isolation mode, open Control Center during a FaceTime call. Then tap the ‘Mode’ box at the top right and choose the ‘Voice isolation’ option. The feature is available on the iPhone Xr, iPhone Xs, and all newer devices. Even if you do not have an iPhone 13, it is possible to use this function.
