iOS 17 won’t get major new features (but another OS will)
This year, Apple will release iOS 17. Where its predecessor, iOS 16, added the necessary improvements, this year’s iPhone update seems to be slowing down. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo does not expect major innovations for iOS 17.
That kite does not apply to xrOS, the expected operating system of Apple Reality. It’s an open secret that Apple has been tinkering with smart glasses behind the scenes for years and Kuo thinks the brand new product will appear this year.

Another price increase: ‘iPhone 15 Pro will be the most expensive iPhone ever’
We are already looking forward to the iPhone 15 Pro (Max), which is said to have a fantastic zoom lens. There are also less pleasant rumors, because Apple would increase the price again.
According to a rumor on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, Apple will further increase the price of the iPhone 15 Pro models this year to widen the gap with the iPhone 15 Plus. Why does Apple choose this?

This why you should not download ChatGPT from the App Store
Everyone is talking about ChatGPT. The smart language model can, among other things, type texts, edit them, come up with questions and even write computer code. There is now even a real ChatGPT app in the App Store, but it is better not to download it.
First, the app costs money. That is remarkable, because the web version of ChatGPT is free of charge. Furthermore, the app does not seem to be made by OpenAI, the company behind the smart chatbot.

Has Apple changed tack? “A MacBook with touchscreen is coming”
Bloomberg has revealed that Apple plans to release a touchscreen MacBook. The iPhone maker is said to have already put together a team to work on the Mac with a touchscreen.
If this rumor is true, there is a major turnaround at Apple. The company previously did not want to know anything about a Mac(Book) with a touchscreen.
→ What will the MacBook with touchscreen look like?
The aforementioned Kuo also released news about the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max this week. According to the analyst, the devices do not have physical buttons. That may sound awkward, but it also offers advantages.
The biggest has to do with waterproofing. With physical buttons, water sometimes ends up in the device, but that is impossible with the new buttons.

Big leak Apple Reality reveals (almost) everything about the smart glasses
About those smart glasses from Apple: The Information published almost all information about this AR / VR headset last week. For example, according to the website, the smart glasses will look like ski goggles, but then a bit larger and thicker.
Furthermore, the Apple Reality glasses seem to focus mainly on making video calls and specially tailored lenses will be available. Those lenses would automatically snap onto the glasses thanks to magnets.
