VW wants to say goodbye to combustion engines, electric cars are the future of the brand. But the great names of the past should not be lost. The Volkswagen bosses make it clear: Golf and Tiguan will continue to exist in the future.
VW is serious: teams are already working on a new electric Golf
At VW, the ID. Golf is not yet in the starting blocks, but the plans are becoming more concrete: “We are working on it,” explains CEO Oliver Blume. And further: “There are already inspiring suggestions”, like VW’s most successful car of the last decades continued in the age of electric cars can be.
