A popular series of cheap smartphones from the brand Redmi received a new representative in the form of a model yesterday Redmi 10. According to the portal GSMArena impresses with its 90 Hz display and 50-megapixel camera.

In addition to the 90 Hz refresh rate, the new IPS display has a 6.5-inch diagonal and FHD + resolution. In the middle of the upper part of the display is a hole for an 8-megapixel selfie camera. At the back, a camera with four sensors stored in a grid in the upper right corner. The primary sensor has 50 megapixels, which is the highest resolution in the series so far. It is complemented by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and two 2-megapixel sensors – macro and in-depth.

A novelty is the Helio G88 chipset to the Chinese manufacturer MediaTek, thanks to which the display can have a higher refresh rate. The chipset adds 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM. The internal expandable memory can be 64 GB or 128 GB. Like previous generations, the Redmi 10 offers a battery with a large capacity of 5000 mAh. It supports 18 W charging and 9 W reverse charging. The paradox is that the package includes a 22.5 W charging adapter.

The system is in the Android 11 version with the MUI 12.5 extension. The fingerprint sensor is located on the side. In addition to it, Redmi also supports face unlocking. There are also stereo speakers on the sides and the novelty also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Due to the price, the smartphone does not support 5G, but it does not lack fast LTE and Wi-Fi connection.

The novelty will go on sale in gray, white and blue for a price of 155 euros, 170 euros and 185 euros according to the memory variant.
