Longevity is super important when looking for a dashcam memory card. Samsung thinks it may have one of the longest lasting cards yet. The brand has introduced the next generation of Pro Endurance micro SD cards with up to 16 years of continuous recording.

The 16 years is for the 256GB version – chances are you’ll buy a new car before the flash memory runs out. Lower capacity cards won’t last as long (the 128GB model will last ‘only’ eight years), but this should still help you avoid frequent replacements. The older cards only lasted a maximum of five years. So this is really a step forward.
All new cards can read at speeds of up to 100MB/s and write at 30MB/s or better. So it should have no issues capturing 1080p or 4K footage. Samsung says the cards can withstand drops, magnets, water and extreme temperatures,
Price
We only have the dollar prices, but assume that it will cost the same prices in euros. The Pro Endurance line is available now, starting at $11 for a 32GB memory card and going up to $55 for the flagship 256GB model.
