New Adidas headphones charge themselves
Sportswear brand Adidas comes with wireless headphones that last 80 hours on a battery charge. According to the brand, you never have to put the headset on the charger because the RPT-02 SOL charges itself in natural and artificial light.

A photovoltaic cell, also known as a PV cell, is a solar cell that converts light into electricity. The Swedish manufacturer Exeger makes these types of cells, but in the form of foil. That technology is called Powerfoyle. The foil generates energy under natural and artificial light and the foil can be attached to different surfaces. The Adidas headphones are provided with this foil.
The battery of the RPT-02 SOL lasts for 80 hours and is fully charged within two hours. However, the headphones should not need to be charged in the meantime, according to Adidas. The foil ensures that the headphones are charged as soon as they are exposed to light.
