Never stand in line again by paying extra at Disneyland

Queuing for hours for a few minutes of attraction? In Disneyland you can pay extra to skip the line.

Amusement parks and theme parks are wonderful pastimes. Less fun pastime are the sometimes very long queues for an attraction. Sometimes the lines are so long that you don’t even get a chance to visit all the attractions. And that’s pretty silly if you’ve driven a very long time for the park, or happen to be on vacation in that area. Then you won’t get a second chance to do it again. However, Disneyland comes with a way to skip the line by making you pay extra.

That announcement comes with the new Genie app. In this app, you can skip a line if you don’t mind paying extra. With the arrival of Genie, the old system of Disneyland will expire. Namely the Fastpass and the Maxpass. The latter passes had a similar service, but now everything is a lot easier via one app.

It costs a few bucks to skip the line. That is a one-time amount for all attractions. Users of the app get their own lane called Lightning Lane. In a video, Disneyland shows what the Disney Genie app has to offer. The app also allows you to view a map of the park where you are. Make reservations for restaurants and list your favorite attractions.
