Netflix pulls plug from comedy series after two seasons
After two seasons it has been nice as far as Netflix is concerned, Space Force is not making a restart.
A cast including Steve Carrel and John Malkovich. Then you conveniently assume that there is something to laugh about. For some, Space Force was a fun comedy series. The humor did not appeal to the undersigned and apparently they like it at Netflix too.
After two seasons, the curtain falls for Carrel’s series. The show was created by Steve Carrel and Jeff Daniels. The first season of the absurd comedy show appeared in 2020 and the second season appeared on Netflix in February this year. A third season will not follow, according to Deadline, the American streaming service has decided that the plug will be pulled.
With a rating of 6.7/10 on IMDb, the series had a loyal fan base. But it wasn’t good enough for Netflix to stick a third season to it. Presumably it is a cost saving from Netflix to free up budget for other productions. It is not the first time that the streaming service has stopped with a show that still has enough fans. The same happened to the even more successful Santa Clarita Diet series.
