‘Motorola shows new Motorola Edge 30 Pro’ on February 24: everything leaked

Thanks to the people behind Winfuture we are informed of an interesting piece of news about Motorola. It is about the announcement of a new Motorola smartphone that is scheduled for February 24. This date is not completely out of the blue. After all, the manufacturer has already shared this date.

According to the German colleagues, we are going to get to know the Motorola Edge 30 Pro, which should be the European variant of the Moto X30 previously announced for China. The source reports that the device is completely identical to the Chinese model. That means that the fingerprint scanner will be on the side, and not placed in the screen.

Motorola would provide the Motorola Edge 30 Pro with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, along with a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen (144Hz) and a 60 megapixel front camera. At the back there is room for three cameras; a 50MP main lens with OIS, a 50MP wide angle lens and a 2 megapixel depth lens. The source talks about one configuration in which the device becomes available; 8GB/128GB.

The Motorola Edge 30 Pro should appear on the market with a 5000 mAh battery that can be charged with 68W. Out of the box, the device is equipped with Android 12, NFC and WiFi 6E. We expect to hear all the details on February 24.
