Motorola today introduced three new models from the edge 20 series with a focus on cameras. All three devices offer a 108 MP main sensor, while the basic and for the model also have a periscope telephoto lens with 50x zoom. They also boast a 6.7 ″ OLED display with 144 Hz refresh rate, 5G support and decent battery life.

Motorola edge 20 pro

Edge 20 pro brings a new 108 MP main camera with Ultra Pixel technology, which guarantees better performance when shooting in low light conditions. The device also has an ultra-wide-angle lens, which also serves as a macro sensor and a periscope telephoto lens with 50x zoom. Motorola has not forgotten about video fans either, edge 20 pro can record in up to 8K resolution.

The front of the smartphone is dominated by a 6.7 ”OLED display with support for 10-bit colors and the HDR10 + standard. It also lacks a fast refresh rate, namely 144 Hz. The Snapdragon 870 chipset will take care of the performance, which also supports 5G technology. It is complemented by 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. Although Motorola did not mention the battery capacity, 30 W charging in 10 minutes on the network will give you up to 9 hours of operation.

The base model in the series has retained the same 6.7 ″ OLED display with 144 Hz refresh rate and a group of premium cameras, including a main sensor with a resolution of 108 MP, an ultra-wide sensor with a macro lens and a telephoto lens with a 30x zoom.

Compared to the pro model, however, the edge 20 has a slightly worse performance. This model will be powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor with up to 8 GB of RAM and a 4,000 mAh battery. You will have up to 256 GB of internal storage to store your files.
