Motorola creates the next top smartphone where Samsung failed

There is movement in the market with smartphones that have a foldable display. Many manufacturers no longer just copy what Samsung has implemented, but create their own innovations. Motorola will set new standards with an ingenious idea.

Motorola builds unique folding cell phone

Oppo recently showed Samsung how clever a folding phone with a larger external display can look. Samsung probably wants to enlarge the display of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 significantly. As has now become known, Motorola even goes one step further. The external display of the upcoming Razer folding cell phone should be so big that it is almost covers the entire half of the case when closed:

The display even gets so big that the dual camera and LED flash are left out and the display includes them. Motorola uses the same technology for this like punch-hole cameras in normal smartphones, where the front cameras are left out. In this case, however, the openings are significantly larger, which makes for a unique design.

With such a large external display, you can do a lot more with a closed Motorola cell phone. Then you can do that real functions are used and not just notifications are displayed. In the end, this saves energy and extends the runtime because you don’t have to open the cell phone so often and use the large display. You can see much more on the larger external display if you want to take a selfie with the front camera. So the new design would have many advantages.
