Vodafone Memory Recall
Vodafone hopes to kill two birds with one stone with the new Memory Recall campaign. On the one hand, it wants to recycle phones, the best thing you can do for our planet. On the other hand, this action wants to do something for people: namely to bring back valuable memories. After that you can also determine what you want to do with your old phone and there are several options.
Experts from the repair company SmartPhort and Stellar Data Recovery are waiting in the pop-up place at the station square in Utrecht. The latter company is an expert in recovering lost data, including photos or videos that have been erroneously deleted. Together with these experts, you can look for a solution to retrieve your photos and videos, even if you no longer have the right cable for the phone. You can view the exact submission criteria here.
Recycle, repair refurbished
Once your memories are saved, it might be time to say goodbye to your old phone. In many cases, your old device still has a certain trade-in value and then you can earn something from it. It will then be sold as a refurbished model.
Vodafone also offers people to repair or replace their old phone. It also highlights its own range of refurbished smartphones. When choosing a refurbished model, you immediately save 50 kilograms of CO2. Read all our tips about refurbished devices here.
