Samsung Galaxy S23 FE expected with Exynos processor

There have been many rumors about a Galaxy S23 FE in recent weeks. It was supposed to be a cheaper version of the Galaxy S23 and inherit the Galaxy S21 FE, which did not have a direct successor. But then suddenly it was said that the cell phone would not come and would be replaced by a third folding cell phone. Well want SamMobile have learned that Galaxy S23 FE to be presented in Q4but different than expected.

While the Galaxy S23 smartphones are fully equipped worldwide with a Qualcomm processor, which has shown enormous performance in the test, the Galaxy S23 FE should suddenly be available worldwide come with an Exynos 2200, which was in the Galaxy S22 smartphones and was not really convincing. The Galaxy S23 FE would almost shoot itself out with that.

Because why should you buy a smartphone that is probably around 700 to 800 euros expensive if the Galaxy S22 models will be considerably cheaper by then. You would no longer have an advantage with the same processor. All models receive updates for five years. The better Galaxy S23 would probably be considerably cheaper at the time.

This is what the current Galaxy S23 smartphones from Samsung can do:

Samsung Galaxy S23 FE superfluous?

Somehow. The Galaxy S23 FE would probably still be interesting with a Qualcomm processor because the Galaxy S22 models are only equipped with Exynos chips. But if the Fan Edition only comes with an Exynos processor, then it’s not worth the wait at all. Either you get one of the Galaxy S22 models or a new Galaxy S23, which will certainly be significantly cheaper in the 4th quarter. But that’s just our current assessment based on the rumours. Maybe Samsung has an ace up its sleeve.
