Microsoft has released a slightly improved Tomb Raider -apkrig collection
As in many previous cases, Microsoft again took care of the unexpected announcement of the upcoming title, without it happening through its developers or publishers. The source of information is again the Microsoft Store, in the database of which a full-fledged entry of a special edition of the new trilogy of the Tomb Raider series suddenly appeared during Sunday. With the subtitle Definitve Survivor Trilogy, players will be able to deliver all content that has ever been released for the trio of games, including 4K textures and HDR support, on March 17 (according to the English version of the Microsoft Store a day later).
“This is a complete edition of the award-winning games in the new Tomb Raider series. The collection contains everything definitive content from all available prequels – Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, “defines the label in the Microsoft Store. It also summarizes basic information about the stories of all three parts and promises dozens of hours of great fun, consisting of exploring the dungeons, solving puzzles and fighting for survival.
The games should also have multiplayer available, and for the entire collection, Microsoft promises 4K developers for 4K texture and HDR support.
In the part where it is listed individually, what exactly the new collection contains, there are exactly 35 items, with the fact that in addition to the mentioned versions of the games, they are all DLC, including skins for the main heroine or expedition and modification cards. The games should also have multiplayer available, and for the entire collection, Microsoft promises 4K developers for 4K texture and HDR support. In the case of the second and third part of the trilogy, there is no improvement, but the original game from 2013 did not have such high-quality textures and we can therefore speak of a slight improvement. But there was no information about a full-fledged “next-gen upgrade”, so we need to moderate overall expectations.
As for platforms, the Microsoft Store does not list them at this time, but it can be assumed that the game should be available for both new and previous generation consoles. But we can’t confirm anything at the moment, not even the fact if the game is aimed at PlayStation, although it seems very likely. However, we don’t know the price and we don’t think much either officially stated size only 10 GB. So let’s wait for the announcement from the developers, who still do not subscribe to the collection on Sunday evening.
