In our tests, we praise their ergonomic shape, excellent sound quality, comfort of use and good endurance. The series now gets a successor – Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro.

Finally, really active noise suppression

Galaxy Buds and Buds + offered very good passive noise cancellation, but it was still actively lacking. Their successor, Galaxy Buds Live, has already come up with this feature. However, it was not entirely to our expectations. The great headphones suffered in this respect due to their construction, which had advantages in wearing comfort, but could not completely clog the ear canal. Active noise suppression here used to be only on paper.

The latest model also comes with active noise cancellation, but this time combined with a new design. As a result, we can look forward to great active noise cancellation. But we will have to wait at least for real experience until the headphones reach us for testing.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro: Quality sound and water resistance

Dual-band speakers provide powerful bass boost and an overall balanced and full sound. The level of active noise cancellation can be set and thanks to the system of three speakers, you can also prepare for trouble-free telephony combined with excellent soundproofing of the surroundings. Of course, the ambient mode, which offers 4 levels of settings, must not be missing either.

Wireless headphones tend to offer basic water resistance, in case of sweating or running in the rain. However, Galaxy Buds Pro go even further in this direction. I offer full water resistance (IPX7). They can be immersed to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

Battery Life

Battery life has been good in previous Buds Live and not much has changed in this regard. The headphones themselves can play sound for about 8 hours on a single charge. Together with the case, they will offer 28 hours (an hour less than Buds Live).

Samsung also features endurance with active noise cancellation. In this case, you can count on 5 hours, together with the case, the total endurance is 18 hours.
