Marit Brugman gave birth: ‘We didn’t know love could be so intense’

YouTubers Marit Brugman and Dylan Haegens became parents of their first child last weekend. They announce this on Instagram.
They write: ‘Last Saturday morning at 04:30 our daughter Nami (Golf in Japanese) was born. And wow, we didn’t know the love could be so intense. At 2675 grams she was a bit smaller than expected but she is doing so very well!”
Beautiful meaning
They also explain the special name that the girl has been given. ‘When we met we found out that our names had similar meanings. Dylan means son of the sea and Marit means daughter of the sea. And now our dear Nami is the wave we spawned together.’
She concludes with: ‘we are going to enjoy this love bubble for a while in the coming weeks’.
Marit and Dylan got married in October and then also announced the pregnancy. Something they had ‘dreamed about for a long time and was not self-evident’, Marit wrote at the time.
