Malware Joker is back! He attacked these 8 applications
Joker malware is attacking Android smartphones again. Quick Heal Security Labs found eight applications in the Google Play store that were infected. The Sammobile portal informed about the topic.
Google has been notified of the problem and has removed the malicious apps from the Play Store. They are no longer available for download, but they can still pose a threat to users who installed them before they were removed.
If you have one of the applications listed below installed on your device, uninstall it as soon as possible and scan your device with a trusted antimalware tool.

What damage can Joker malware do and how to protect yourself
At best, Joker malware can “only” secretly steal user data, such as contact lists, device information, or messages. In the worst case, he can register the user to subscribe to expensive services without knowing it.
To protect your device from malware, stay away from unknown applications that have few downloads and reviews. This is especially true for applications that send messages, scan, or download wallpapers, because applications in these categories are very popular among attackers.
