MacBook with 15-inch screen is coming soon – production has started

Apple is reportedly working on a MacBook with a 15-inch screen. And this laptop is coming sooner than you think, because production has already started on a large scale!

New MacBook Air will be released this year

This year, Apple is again with a series of new MacBooks. The MacBook Pro 2023 appeared in January and the MacBook Air 2023 is rumored to follow very soon. According to the usually reliable Apple analyst Ross Young, the screen production of the new MacBook Air increased significantly in March and April.

When Apple increases production of a product that has yet to be released, it means its release is imminent. If all goes well, you won’t have to wait long for the MacBook Air 2023.

First MacBook Air with 15-inch screen and M3 chip

The MacBook Air range is likely to be expanded with two models this year: a 13-inch and a 15-inch MacBook 2023. A 15-inch MacBook has been rumored for years, but Apple has still not launched the larger laptop. That finally seems to be changing. And that’s good news: you don’t have to immediately switch to the MacBook Pro for a larger MacBook.

In addition to the larger 15-inch screen of the MacBook, not much is done to the design. There will be a big change: the laptops will get a new chip. Apple is introducing the M3 chip this year, Apple’s first 3nm chip. The big advantage of this new chip is that it requires a lot less power than previous versions. This makes the battery of your MacBook Air last longer.

When will the MacBook with 15-inch screen appear?

So there is a good chance that we will not have to wait long for a new MacBook with a 13-inch and 15-inch screen. It is not clear when the laptop will appear exactly, but it is expected to arrive in the spring. In June, Apple holds the annual WWDC, so that would of course also be an appropriate time to announce the laptops.
