KPN has interference with mobile calling and internet (17 October 2022)

Telecom provider KPN has been suffering from a malfunction in the mobile network since Monday afternoon. This malfunction makes it impossible for customers to make calls or use the internet with their smartphone.

If you are a KPN customer and you have problems with calling, texting and using the internet, know that you are not alone. The telecom provider has been having problems with the mobile network since Monday afternoon. The problems started a little before 4:00 pm and appear to be nationwide. The problems seem to occur mainly on the 4G and 5G network. Some customers have their network migrated to the Edge connection.

The problem has not yet been resolved at this time. KPN has announced that it is aware of the malfunction and that a solution is being worked on.
