Do I still have a sufficient (product) warranty?

You get a standard 1 year warranty with the purchase of an Apple product. You can call customer service 90 days after your purchase about, for example, returning your Apple product. In the Netherlands it is legally required to provide consumers with at least 2 years of warranty. So happy.

However, this does not apply to Apple helpdesk: Apple Support. After one year, this standard warranty will expire and Apple Support will be closed for you. This is not the case if you have an Apple Care+ subscription. If you have not taken out this service, you may have to pay for your telephone assistance. So pay attention! In case of major production errors, you will automatically hear from Apple how it works. The one-year Apple helpdesk warranty does not apply to Apple services and software. This is almost always free.
