Is Stranger Things Season 4 Too Scary?

Opinions differ. There’s a lot more horror in Stranger Things season 4. Not everyone is happy about that

Right now you can stream the first part of the fourth season of Stranger Things on Netflix. The second part will be released on the American streaming service in a month. The new season has been eagerly anticipated. However, the series is also somewhat rotated in terms of genre.

I’m 2 episodes into #StrangerThings and, man, they really ratcheted up the gore & horror this season. My older kiddo watched the 1st 3 seasons with me, but she’s checked out now after tonight — it’s too scary for her. She’s like, “You can watch the rest without me.”

The previous seasons always had something exciting in them, but to call it really scary? That’s going a bit too far. Even someone who can’t stand horror didn’t get a scary series from Stranger Things. But that is different in the fourth season of the show.

Stranger Things season 4 is a lot scarier than previous seasons. The element of horror has increased enormously. Many fans have been mistaken in that regard. Viewers who are not normally into horror can be quite surprised by the content of season 4. The elements of horror sometimes scare you.

Three episodes in, and season four of Stranger Things is officially Too Scary. Heartbroken that I can’t finish the series with my 11yo.
