The official MyPixid mobile application will allow them to access all these features without having to go to the agency. MyPixid account activation
Access to the personal account is conditioned by an email sent by the temporary work agency. Once this email has been received, you must check the access link to MyPixid, followed by a temporary password. Once on the page, the password and email address must be entered there. An SMS will be sent to the phone number you provided to the agency. In this SMS is a temporary access code (it will only be valid for 15 min), code that must be entered to validate the activation of the account. After reading and confirming the terms of use of the platform, you will be asked to define your new password and enter the code received by SMS. To secure your account, you will be asked for a secret question and a PIN code. They complete the MyPixid account validation steps.

Once connected to the platform, it is possible to access several tabs, including:
- personal space;
- payslips;
- assignment contracts;
- the time sheet.
Bugs are handled by the platform, through a user service.
