iPhone 15 will be much more expensive than iPhone 14 – here’s how much
The iPhone 15 will be released this year and the phone is said to be much more expensive than its predecessor. This is how much you will soon have to pay for the iPhone 15.

iPhone 15 will be released this fall
It will take a while, but in September of this year Apple will present the iPhone 15 series. A lot is already known about the new iPhones. For example, the iPhone 15 Pro Max gets a new periscope lens and a new action button comes to the Pro models. In addition, the regular iPhone 15 and the iPhone 15 Plus finally get the improved 48 MP camera, which we already know from the iPhone 14 Pro.

All these new features reportedly have a major drawback. If we are to believe the rumors, Apple will increase the prices of the new iPhones again this year. The iPhone 14 Pro Max was already the most expensive iPhone Apple has ever made, with a purchase price of no less than 1239 euros. Apple may therefore take this a step further with the iPhone 15 series.
You will have to pay that much money soon
The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be equipped with the new A17 Bionic chip. This, along with the new M3 chip, is Apple’s first 3nm chip. This processor has the advantage that it is smaller and a lot more energy efficient than the current 5nm chips. It is precisely this new processor that causes higher production costs, which may increase the price of the iPhone 15 Pro (Max).
According to analysts, this is likely a price increase of $ 100 for the iPhone 15 Pro in the United States. The iPhone 15 Pro Max will be $200 more expensive than the iPhone 14 Pro Max. These price increases in the United States are not surprising, because the prices of the iPhone X have not risen since 2017. Since then you pay $ 999 for the Pro, and $ 1099 for the Pro Max.
iPhone 15 in the Netherlands may also be more expensive
In the Netherlands, Apple has allowed the prices of the new iPhones to rise considerably last year. At the time, this had to do with the relationship between the euro and the dollar, which forced Apple to ask for more money for the new iPhones in Europe. It is therefore not yet entirely certain whether the iPhone 15 Pro (Max) in the Netherlands will become more expensive again this year. But the chance is definitely there.

The good news: nothing is said about the prices of the regular iPhone 15 (Plus). That probably means that those iPhones will get the same prices as the iPhone 14 (Plus), so we don’t have to pay more. Apple traditionally presents the new iPhones in the second or third week of September. Then the new prices of the iPhone 15 will also be revealed immediately.
