According to rumors, the iPhone 14 will not become more expensive, but there is a good chance that the price of the iPhone 14 in the Netherlands will increase. iPhoned explains why.

iPhone 14 not more expensive (but in the Netherlands)
It’s still a while, but the iPhone 14 will arrive in September. Apple does not want to say much about the new iPhone yet, but there are more and more rumors to form an image of the new device.
For example, a new rumor about the prize has recently appeared on a Korean blog. According to this rumor, the iPhone 14 will not become more expensive, but the price in the Netherlands will probably go up. That is because of the high inflation and the strong dollar price of recent times.
The rumor on the account ‘yeux1122’ is sourced from a ‘major US financial institution’. This account has been rumored several times, some of which turned out to be true. However, it is important to take this rumor with a grain of salt.
The price of the iPhone 14 will therefore be slightly higher than that of the iPhone 13. The iPhone 13 currently costs new from Apple 909 euros. This is the entry-level model with 128 GB storage. We expect iPhone 14 prices to start at 959 euros. Keep in mind that you have to put even more on the table for more storage.

iPhone 14 release
Despite the higher price, the iPhone 14 becomes a great smartphone. Traditionally, Apple announces the new iPhones in September, usually in the second or third week of the month.
The Friday after the announcement, the new iPhones can almost always be pre-ordered. A week later, the first models are delivered and are in the shops. If we go by the past few years, you can actually buy the iPhone 14 on September 23.
