iOS 17: the new design of the Health and Maps apps is revealed in images
Apple will offer new versions of the Health and Maps applications (Wallet) with iOS 17. Leaker Analyst941 reveals today images that rely on the changes to come, so that we can get an idea.
For the Maps application, there is a navigation bar at the bottom that separates the different functions available. The categories are Cards, Cash, Keys, IDs and Orders. We can also observe the presence of two tabs on the upper part, with Cards first and “Pass and more” second.
According to the leaker, the app will offer to swipe down to search anywhere. There’s also sorted tabs for everything, a dedicated section for Apple Cash/Apple Pay Later, and a new button to access all transactions.
As for iOS 17’s Health app, the “Favorites” section under “Summary” will be revamped with a card-like interface. Each map will feature visual data, including colorful graphs, charts, and other information. Since the “Summary” tab of the Health app also includes Trends and Highlights, it’s unclear how the design of the cards will work with these sections.
Apple will present iOS 17 on June 5 during WWDC 2023. For its part, the leaker Analyst941 had revealed details on the Dynamic Island before the formalization of the iPhone 14 Pro. He has already shared other details on iOS 17, to be found on this article.
