internet banking via the app not possible
Many ING customers have been experiencing problems with internet banking since Tuesday afternoon. The bank indicates that there is currently no known malfunction.
Internet banking malfunction
Complaints are pouring in about internet banking via ING via Allestoringen.nl. About 79% have problems logging in via the mobile banking app. In addition, about 16% of ING customers cannot make transfers. Complaints are also trickling in via Twitter and the editors. This is the reaction of the ING webcare team on Twitter: “We are not aware of any malfunction. Would you also like to check whether an update of the ING App or an update of the software of your device is available?” They are therefore currently not aware of any malfunction and this is also apparent from this page on the ING website. Unfortunately, we do not know what the cause of the malfunction is and when it will be resolved. We will keep you informed of the progress.
