Insane prices for Omega Moonswatch on Marktplaats
Owners of the new Omega Moonswatch hope to earn a lot of money on it. But patience is a virtue.
Last weekend, Swatch launched the Moonswatch in collaboration with Omega. The collaboration came quite out of the blue. Within a short time there was a huge hype. The stores of Swatch have known that.
In the night from Friday to Saturday, the first people with sleeping bags gathered in front of the shops. There was also enormous interest at the Dutch stores of the brand in Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
Unfortunately, the stores had limited stock. The Omega Moonswatch was sold out in no time.
The watch is available in 11 different variants. Swatch emphasizes that it is not a limited edition. Stores will soon have new stocks again. It is expected that the Swiss watch brand will also offer the Moonswatch online. When is not yet known.
It’s a virtual madhouse on Marktplaats. The 250 euros Omega Moonswatch is offered for amounts between 500 and 1,000 euros. Complete nonsense to pay so much money for a mass product.
If you really want to score one, you just have to be patient. In the summer you will probably have your own Moonswatch for the suggested retail price of 250 euros. So don’t give the scalpers a chance!
