ING customers are dealing with a malfunction at the bank. Both with internet banking and with the ING Mobile Banking app, not all information is shown about your savings and current accounts. For checking accounts, this includes displaying the balance. The problem started Monday morning and seems to affect all customers. For some customers, only the savings account is visible. Due to the malfunction, it is also not possible to see which debits and credits have been made.
ING says it is aware of the malfunction and that a solution is being worked on. It is not known when the malfunction has been resolved.
