ING Banking is experiencing a disruption (February 22, 2022)

ING has a malfunction with (mobile) internet banking. Users have been struggling with problems all morning.

Malfunction at ING

ING customers have problems with mobile banking through the ING Mobile Banking app. The bank is experiencing a malfunction, which also affects internet banking. This means that it is not possible to log in to do your banking.

The outage started this morning around 8 am. Three hours later, it has still not been resolved, although the bank says it is working hard on a solution. It is unknown when the malfunction will be resolved.
